Clear security for Swiss businesses

Know where your business stands on information security: what attackers can see from outside, which risks matter most and what to fix first. You get a fixed price and a plain-language result, with no jargon and no sales pitch.

About

I'm Nick Ohya, an information security consultant based in Aargau. I know that when you run a business, your days are full of customers, staff and deadlines, and security is the thing that keeps sliding to next month. Most owners I talk to aren't careless. They just don't have an IT department or the time to work out which risks really matter.

That's why I keep things simple. I look at your business the way an attacker would, then explain in plain language what I found and what to fix first, without scare stories or a long list of products to buy. Behind that is solid experience: I help organisations build and run information security management systems (ISMS) to ISO 27001, and I hold CRTO (Certified Red Team Operator), OPST, OPSE and IPMA project management certifications.

When we’re done, you’ll know how safe your business is and what to do next.

Services

Every service has clear, upfront pricing, uses plain language and is built for businesses without their own IT department.

Security Check

This is a fixed-price check of your information security.

Every check includes:

  • What outsiders can see. I look at your website, email setup and anything else your business has online, the same way an attacker would from the outside, and check for weak spots such as outdated software or settings that give away too much. I only look at systems you own, after you give written permission, and I never log in or try to break in.
  • Leaked email addresses. When other websites get hacked, lists of email addresses and passwords often end up online. I check whether your team's work addresses are on those lists, so you know whose passwords should be changed.
  • A clear report. You get a short, plain-language report of what I found, how serious each point is, and what to fix first. I walk you through it so every step is clear, even without an IT background.

Basic

CHF 1,200

for up to 15 employees.

Large

From CHF 2,900

for 50+ employees.

Awareness Workshop

A hands-on session for you and your team on how attacks actually reach small businesses and how to stop them.

Every workshop covers:

  • Spotting fake emails and calls. Most attacks start with a message that looks real: a fake invoice, a "your account is locked" email, or a caller pretending to be your bank. We look at real examples together so your team learns the warning signs.
  • Safe passwords and logins. Your team learns why reusing passwords is risky and how a password manager and a second login step, like a code on your phone, protect your accounts without making work harder.
  • What to do when something feels wrong. Everyone leaves knowing who to tell and what to do right away if they clicked a link or shared something by mistake, so a small slip doesn't turn into a big problem.

Held at your office or online, in plain language with no technical background needed. The workshop lasts one to two hours, depending on how many questions and discussions come up, and everyone gets a one-page handout to keep.

Small team

CHF 1,200

for up to 15 people.

Large group

From CHF 2,200

for 30+ people, or split into several sessions.

Expert Advice

For when you already know what you need: a second opinion on a security concept, a review of a policy, or a clear answer to a specific question.

This can include:

  • Reviewing your documents. Send me your security concept, policy or guideline. I read it carefully and tell you what works, what's missing and what I'd change, in plain language.
  • A professional opinion. Not sure whether a new tool, provider or setup is safe enough? I look at it and give you an honest recommendation you can act on.
  • Answers to your questions. Sometimes you just need someone to talk it through with. We go over your question together until it's clear what to do next.

You pay a fixed starting fee that includes the first hour. After that, each hour you start is billed at a fixed rate, and I always tell you up front if I expect it to take longer.

Each additional hour

CHF 180

per started hour.
